Glittering casinos, neon lights, impromptu weddings - Las Vegas is notorious for its nightlife. But how much money do you actually have to budget for the party fun? The travel reporter has the answer.

"Love Vegas", "Hangover", "Ocenan's Eleven" - Hollywood paints a pretty accurate picture of what a night in Las Vegas should look like. Always included: casinos, clubs and alcohol. No wonder the party oasis in the Nevada desert is at the top of the bucket list for party animals (and bachelor parties).

But how expensive is a night in Las Vegas? What do you have to pay for admission, drinks and extras? Because: There are actually some differences in price, even among the luxury resorts.

And women and men often even pay different entrance fees. For example, the Tao at The Venetian is the cheapest (14 dollars for women), while the Marquee at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is the most expensive (41 dollars for men).

To make it easier for party holidaymakers to get an overview, the platform "Casino.org" has launched a calculator that compares 14 of the biggest clubs. With the "Las Vegas Night Club Calculator" you can see exactly how much you have to pay for admission, drinks and extras such as table service or cloakroom. This way you can find the right location for your budget.

Four entrances (two women, two men) and four glasses of beer - the light version of a party night, so to speak - cost at least $114 (at Tao at The Venetian) and up to a hefty $200 (1 OAK - The Mirage) at the clubs listed, for example. Beer prices (Corona or Heineken) vary between $7 and $15. So it's worth comparing!
